Quotes: If you complete the webform in order to request quotes, it will ask you for your contact information such as name, telephone number, email address and your zip code. The requested data will be securely passed by us to a limited number of trusted Advertisers following your consent. The Advertisers can contact you via email or phone to provide you with a quote on their products or services. In some cases, and depending on the Advertiser, these communications may be delivered to you by using an automatic telephone dialling system or pre-recorded messages. Please note that your consent on the webform to receive information does not mean that you have to buy from any of the Advertisers. There is no obligation to purchase.

WEBSITE DATA AND ONLINE IDENTIFIERS

IP address and automatically collected information: The Website collects a series of general information with each visit which can include, for example, the time and date when the Website was accessed, the type of browser you are using or the domain name or your computer’s IP address. The purpose is to enable the Website to be displayed correctly on your device or in your browser.   • making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to register with us. We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor’s identity to make the request.

Right to object to the sale of their personal data to third parties: We do not share, sell, rent or trade personal information with third parties for their commercial purposes, except where you have specifically given us authorization, for example, to receive quotes.

Marketing opt-out: Please note that you have the right to update or remove your personal information from any marketing lists under the CAN-SPAM Act. Leads.io does not send out any marketing messages.
